Cisco CES Cloud demo key expired, instance unavailable

Hi,

can somebody explain what happens when CES cloud license (demo license) expires? What we notice is that instance URLs are unavailable (DNS record missing) and SSH keys are invalid for SSH proxy so no access is possible. Are those instances deleted or just disabled? Is it possible to recover them or get the backup via support? I'm asking because a CES order is delayed and license hasn't been provided in time so there is a gap and it would be a hasle to loose the configuration.

There's a generally a default waiting period (not on top of my mind), after which the instances are deleted from our systems.

I believe we also have ways to recover upon removal (with in a stipulated time) beyond which we no longer can. You might wanna talk to your Account/Sales rep to get you a bit more precise feedback.
