Is Cisco currently experiencing problems with their CRES service? Outlook plugin is failing and the admin portal login page is not responding.

i am down to as of this weekend, they had a maintenance window to address some issue...guess if failed ,badly.

I'm surprised they don't have a status page or maintenance warnings posted on their forums.
Is there a maintenance email subscription I'm possibly missing?

We are aware of the outage and have a high priority internal ticket open. I'll keep this thread updated as I receive more information.
For the maintenance notifications, I believe they were sent out to any CRES account admins, but you can also sign up for notifications here (For ESA and Registered Envelope Service) : https://www.cisco.com/cisco/support/notifications.html

It appears that the issues are related to the recent deployment of CRES 5.4 over the weekend. The team is working on rolling back the update to resolve. No ETA as of this moment.

Any/all new official updates will be provided within that post, so please be sure to follow it. I'll also provide a resolution in this thread when it's been completed fixed.

2) Urgent ESA Issue (Current status page for today's issue)
