Trying to configure Cisco Email Submission and Tracking Portal to view all our SPAM submissions. We are supposed to get a registration confirmation mail from SubmissionPortal@cisco.com for every new domain added over there to postmaster@domain.com. However, there was no such mail delivery for any new domain registration.
Am I missing anything here? Have ensure that the message filter is available to reroute the mail addressed to postmaster@domain.com to mymailid@domain.com. Checked the message tracking for any mails from sender - SubmissionPortal@cisco.com and no mails found
Did anyone have simillar issue?

Hi,
If everything is configured correctly and there are no specific errors on the portal when the new domain is added, I would recommend opening a TAC case to get that checked.
The configuration mentioned by you appears to be correct and matches the troubleshooting article provided,

Thank You!
