I have below questions on end-user safelist/Blacklist spam quarantine:

1. End user is eligible to whitelist partial domain name (.example.com) or not?

2. What actions I need to take to safelist partial domain?

Hello,

The following Senders can be added to safelists and blocklists using the following formats:

• user@domain.com
• server.domain.com
• domain.com
• [10.1.1.0]
• [ipv6:2001:DB8:1::1]
• user@[1.2.3.4]

To safelist a partial domain you can add it to the whitelist to bypass Antispam scanning or create a new senders group in the HAT to bypass sender base reputation checks.
