Cisco ESA - BCC all incoming emails

Hallo Forum,

i want to configure an Incoming Rule for one recipient to forward all clean incoming mails as CC or BBC to an O365 account and also to the productive Notes system behind the CISCO ESA. Is it possible the configure such a rule? Also the senders should not be rewritten and left untouched.

Hi,

Well the definition of clean is kind of subjective if you consider suspect spam, social, marketing emails etc as clean.

To do this you would need to add a custom header for each of the scanning functions and then probably use a content filter to perform the bcc action.

Best to create a test filter for your email address and see how it works out.
