Hi Aekapop,

I would request you to check on appliance after logging in via console (which is working) and run the below commands and help me with the output:
myESA>version

myESA> displayalerts

Hi,
Thanks for the update.
Unfortunately, with this much information I won't be able to suggest you anything further.
Since you are not having console access to the device itself and hence we can't check much on your ESA appliance till then.

I would suggest to open a TAC case to get your admin account reset and then try logging in via console. After this we'll be able to check further.

Pratham

Hi Pratham,

Yes, I agree should be open a TAC case with Cisco is better, Thank you so much, I have contact local cisco engineer already.
Thank you for advice. :D

Hi  Aekapop,

Power off the appliance, remove the power cable for 10 mins, plug it back and turn on the appliance. If you still see the traceback error we would need to RMA the appliance.

Rgds,

Gagan

Hi Gagan,
Yes, I did as your mentioned but still trackback error.

thank you for advice. :D
