I have a cisco ESA C190 running with OS version 13.0.0-392
My challenge is, my device is able to send emails, but I am unable to receive emails. This was working fine till yesterday the 16th of March 2020 at 4 pm. we did no changes on our end and am not sure what could be the issue. All email externals are being delivered without an issue, the only errors I get are as shown below.
(ICID 3139) REJECT sender group BLACKLIST match sbrs[-10.0:-3.0] SBRS -4.8 sender IP 193.56.28.68 country United Kingdom

if the ESA is behind the domain in your profile, then I would suggest to look into public DNS.
your MX records are currently unresolvable.

Hi, Thanks for the response I checked my MX records and realised the domain linked to my MX record had expired I mapped my mail domain to the correct MX record and this resolve the issue.
