Cisco ESA C680 stuck in 'AsyncOs starting services' after Upgrade

Hi everyone,

 

Here I want to ask about the issue of upgrading the version of the ESA c680 series. We have upgraded the version from 9.7.2-027 to 11.0.1-027 but after the installation process, the device is just stuck on the 'AsyncOs service starting .....' display.

 

Are there any similar suggestions or experiences regarding this?

Hi,

 

Device sometimes may take upgrade to be completed a little longer than expected. Sometimes it takes a couple of hours going through a reboot after upgrade. The reboot depends on various services and daemons and the install updates at the backend while upgrading the AsyncOS. Please provide sometime and let us know if still stuck in a hung state.
