dear all. I configured url filtering and enabled url rewriting on outbreak filters. I tested it by sending malicious url via email live.com to corporate email. after an hour email arrived with SUSPICIOUS message and added malicious url in that email. when I click malicious url it redirected me to secure-web.cisco.com and warned me. My question is that although I clicked malicious url that I am send, why Web Interaction Tracking didn't inform me that url has been clicked? By the way I enabled web interaction tracking.
Where would I make mistake?
