Cisco ESAv Error Logs

Hi All,

We are getting following logs on continuous basis at Cisco ESAv. Please hepl me why it is generating as some time it makes me frustrated.

Info: Connection Error: DCID 6213 domain: abc.com IP: 10.0.8.23 port: 25 details: [Errno 60] Operation timed out interface: 172.17.8.23 reason: network error

Info: Delayed: DCID 6213 MID 4263 to RID 0 - 4.4.0 - Other network problem ('000', ['[Errno 60] Operation timed out']) []

Hi Uzair,

The error normally indicates a network connectivity issue with the destination server.

You can use "telnet 10.0.8.23 25" to confirm and set up a packet capture on the ESA for the same IP to troubleshoot further.
