I have a ticket in currently that I believe has been linked to a mastercase. I was told by a support tech that there is a Cisco Internal CRES issue? Can anyone give a status update on this?
I am able to send/receive/open e-mails via CRES, but wanted to subscribe to this discussion for any further details, thanks for starting the conversation.
