Cisco Ironport SMA is not sending reports to my e-mail account

Hi community,

We have a centralized system using a SMA M390 as the manager and other two ESAs C390.

All the environment is been monitored by the SMA.

I have configured some scheduled reports to send to my e-mail address, but it is not working, because I'm not receiving these reports.

Does anybody has any idea what's going on? Am I forgetting any configuration?

Hello Ali,

I assume the scheduled reporting is successfully done on the SMA already with the settings to the email you want to send to.
Next step I would check is the SMTP routes for the SMA - so you can define where you want the emails going to your@domain.com to finally route to otherwise it may be withheld on the SMA. (GUI > Management Appliance Tab, Network > SMTP Routes)

You can either: have the SMA route directly to the exchange (configure your exchange to accept the traffic as inbound email for final delivery) or have the SMA point to your ESAs.
Then on your ESAs, ensure that it treats the SMA email as a trusted send (perhaps add the SMA IP to WHITELIST) and allow it to skip all scanners and send to your end mail box.

Regards,
Matthew
