Hi, Is there a way to delete an account that a recipient has created when receiving a Secure email in the Secure Email Encryption Service portal? We have a user (recipient) that was able to open the encrypted email with attachments but now the user can open the email but when going to open the attachments, it says "File not found". I have checked on the admin portal and the email is not locked or expired. Other co-workers working in the same facility can open the email, its just this particular user. Any advice would be appreciated.
