Cisco security proxy page

Hello All

 Have configured incoming content filter for url with score 0-10. However im getting an below page if any url get block by proxy redirection. Is it proper redirection page or not.

Provide more information, what product is this Cisco WSA or ESA and what code running on that ?

It is CES (Cloud Email Security). My Concern is if anything block by proxy page appears like "Error occured Bad request". Is it correct way to represent any block done by CES proxy ?
