Cloud Gateway C100V - Change email alert address in Cisco Iron Port

I want to replace the former IT manager email address in the email alerts notifications.

When you say "Cloud" gateway c100v, i am assuming it is CES. If it true, then you need to work with TAC to get this modified since the cloud admin account provided to customers do not have privileges to modify or add alert config.

However if its an on-prem c100v, you can follow the procedure suggested already, While it applies to WSA, configuration is similar with different presentable options.
