Hello,
I have one Exchange Edge that communicate with Exchange servers, each exchange Server is associated to an ESA, what I need is that communication between he exchange Edge and all the exchange servers would be via one virtuelle interface, Can clustering ESAs would be the solution.????
Thank you.

Clustering on the ESA only means that the configuration is shared between ESA:ESA. There is no other option for traffic sharing or reporting.

Not directly from the ESA. That would be handled externally via load balancer. You can have the ESAs sit as nodes behind a VIP, and the load balancer would then handle the traffic as you need: round-robin, first available, highest bandwidth, etc.
Or - just set up to use DNS MX, and have both set to equal weights.
