Configuring G Suite (Gmail) with Cisco Cloud Email Security (CES)

Hello Team,

 

We are currently having a problem with incoming emails in client's side (Gsuite). We have already configured both CES and GSuites per configuration guide.

 

Any idea for this setup?

We dont see any emails passing in our CES.

Emails are not passing at all; i would like to have it looked at via the CLI as on the CES it may not log connections on the tracking but only at mail_logs if the connections are being dropped by the CES device.

On the G Suite side, do you see attempted connections or errors appearing?

If you could private message me your CES host information and G Suite IPs that should be reaching the CES I can check the CLI of the CES devices and see if there are attempted connections, if there are no attempted connections at all; that could mean the G Suite may not be configured to send to the right CES IPs or something else afoot.
