Content Filters Monitor/Report empty

Hello,

we are running some Incoming Content Filters at our ESAs. In the Monitor/Overview I can see the number of mails "Stopped by Content Filter". If i check the Monitor/Content Filters or create a Report Type "Content Filters", the answer is always "No data was found in the selected time range". What is my error in reasoning? Thanks!

Is this on a SMA or on an ESA?

Hello svgeorgi, it is on both the same.

I can suggest to open a Cisco TAC case to investigate further this behavior.

Has there been any follow up to this topic?  I to experience the same. Running version 12.x.  We saw the same behavior in version 11.x also.  

 

Please advise.
