how do i delete the email in the CRES portal?

From what I've seen you can either lock the CRES encrypted emails or modify the expiration time for them after you login to res.cisco.com and click on manage messages.
Locking an email would prevent the recipient from accessing it.

Hi
Is that anyway other than locked or expired the message. I would prefer to delete the message instead.
Thanks.

I do not see that as a configurable option.
By default there is no message expiration configured. You have two options, modify the expiration for messages that have already been sent, and modifying expiration for messages to be sent going forward.

Hello,
We do not store any email(s) on the CRES server itself, only the key(s). The actual payload is stored within the attachment you receive within the CRES message. There is no way to delete them because they do not exist.
This information can be confirmed within the : CRES FAQ
Thanks!
