CRES to Gmail recipient

We are a Cloud CES customer.  I sent a CRES message today while testing to my GMAIL account.  When I open the attachment, I am seeing the normal Open button plus a box that says "Sign in with Google".  I had heard on the roadmap was some additional authentication options coming but did not think it was soon?  When I click on that button, I get an error that says This functionality has been disabled by  Administrator.  What's up with this?   Is there a setting in my CRES Encryption Profile to enable this?  Currently we use High Security, does it block this?  Thanks.

I ran into this issue myself recently.

I opened a TAC about it (I wanted to remove the button completely).

In the Res.Cisco.Com/Admin portal, go to Accounts>Manage Accounts> Security Tab

There is an option "Enable Open envelopes with social credentials"

Whether this is checked or no, Gmail users will still see the button - however to use this functionality the user will have to register their Gmail account with CRES
