Hi ,
Generally, this application fault is in association with the appliance going through an improper shutdown or reboot.
If you see the alert multiple times I would recommend sharing remote access to an engineer on a TAC case for further review.

Could you please let me know in which Log subscription this shutdown / reboot places?

You should be able to see shutdowns in the system logs, however if the appliance crashed or if there was an improper reboot can only be checked by TAC through a remote access.
