Device led conversation status failed on ESA

Hi All,

Facing an Error of Device led conversation status failed on ESA Smart licensing page. What could be the possible reason and how can i solve this. Attaching Error snapshot

Hello there,

From version 14.2, there is an option available to convert traditional licensing to smart directly from the ESAs.

If the devices are already using smart licensing before upgrading to version 14.2, then there is no need to convert the licensing , so the ESA will show the appliance is not applicable for conversion. You can safely ignored the alarm as long as your licensing displays in compliance.
