Hello,

This snap shows logs of secure email Cisco. Not understand why this error is showing, while receiving an email from one of the domains to our Cisco gateway. Can someone help to find out the reason.

Their system did not transfer the email before the timeout. It looks like you are set to timeout in ~14 minutes.
