Not for an address, but for a domain or ip address yes.
Create a Mail Flow Policy that disables the DMARC check, and then create a Sender Group in the inbound mail Host Access Table (HAT) that matches the IP or domains that you want to turn off DMARC for.

You can also create an Address List for DMARC bypass and apply that under DMARC Global Settings.
