Does it possible to integrate OpenAI with IronPort to analyze the email content ?

No, and you wouldn't want it to.
Anything you feed ChatGPT becomes public fodder for later answers... so if someone asked the right question, that data will pop out...
Eventually (sometime in the 15.x range), ESAs will be able to use the ML/AI detection engines that are available/coming for Email Threat Defense (ETD), but even there they're putting in a TON of guardrails to keep data from leaking between tenants.
Anything you feed ChatGPT becomes public fodder for later answers... so if someone asked the right question, that data will pop out...
