we have our own domain @domain.com and have moved our exchange to exchange online. Because of this the users also got an email adress @ourdomain.onmicrosoft.com . The mails @domain.com are routet through the ESA Cloud. Everything works fine. But if somenone knows the domain @ourdomain.onmicrosoft.com the mails are dircetly send to the microsoft exchange server without the security from the ESA. Is there a way to solve the problem so that the ESA also get´s the mails which are sond to @ourdomain.onmicrosoft.com ?
Yes. In O365 you have to block external delivery to that domain. If you google "block delivery to @onmicrosoft domain" you will find many results with instructions.
