Download updates in a Windows environment

Just a simple question, is it possible to download the update tar file for the C190 email appliance in a Windows environment?

From updates.ironport.com how can I reach the manifest.xml file?

Already did it for phoebe-x-x-x-xxx but I reach a file with 2Gb that is completely diferent from what we are download from linux with just 1Gb:

• case
• content_scanner
• dlp
• enrollment_client
• manifests
• repeng
• sophos
• timezones

For this one, from this link, the file structure is this one:

• distroot
• distroot.img.gz
• ecroot
• hints
