Hello everyone,
I have a strange problem with one of my (virtual) ESAs. In the licenses “Email Security Appliance Bounce Verification” is “not requested”. The field is grayed out, I cannot request it.
I have several identical ESAs. For all others, the field is also grayed out, but the license is “In Compliance”.
I have already switched off the smart license completely, but that doesn't seem to be the problem, I can't change anything here either.
Does anyone have any idea how I can get the “Bounce verification” “in compliance”
