Emails being Marked as Marketing

We have some emails that are being identified as Marketing.  Is there a way to change this classification for some emails?  Is there a whitelisting capability for this setting?

Thanks for any info

The easiest way to do that is create an incoming mail policy with senders you don't this applied, and turn off the Marketing Graymail detection for this policy.
Then as you get new mails that get marked marketing that you don't want marked, you just add them to this "Allowed Marketing" policy.

Absolutely! Most email platforms allow you to customize classifications. Check your settings for filtering options. Additionally, look for a whitelisting or safe sender feature to ensure specific emails bypass filters and reach your inbox. If unsure, consult your email provider's support for guidance.

While manual whitelisting is possible, you additionally submit the email samples to Cisco to request re-classification as described in https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/email-security-appliance/214133-how-to-submit-email-messages-to-cisco.html
