Hi,
Does anybody know if it is possible to enable SPF verification if the ESA is behind a internal mail relay?
From the testing I have done, the ESA appears to do the SPF check using the relay's IP (Which fails) and then figures out the original sender_ip but SPF has already been marked as failed by this point.
Has anyone got an idea's?

Yes.
You have "incoming relays". That relay needs to save the originating address to a header, then you tell the ESA which header that is...
Go to Network/Incoming Relay, and set them up there.
You can tell it what header to look in specifically or where in the list of headers to start...
Online help has info too...
