Hi,
You can try using the steps mentioned in the below article.
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/email-security-appliance/117865-qanda-esa-00.html
The article was originally written for anti-spam marketing, however graymail marketing could also yield similar results.
Alternatively, you could enable graymail for limited test users using a separate incoming mail policy for testing purposes and check active mail flow results.
Thank You!

Hi,
Enabling graymail without any actions would mean the verdict for graymail should be logged however, no action would be taken.
There is no recommended action by Cisco, as the action taken depends on the requirement of the organization.
You could start out by enabling graymail for limited users to start with, review the different actions that can be configured one by one, scope of false positives, if end users are comfortable with subject modification etc and then take a final call.
It would not be recommended to drop emails unless you are running out of quarantine space.

Thanks Libin. But, I would like to know what happens if I haven't checkboxed of options (Action on marketing email, Action on Social Networking email and Action on Bulk email). Please find the screenshot to get clear information.
After answering to the above question, which Action Cisco suggests to enable for Marketing emails (Prepend + Deliver, Spam quarantine, Drop or Bounce).
Thank you in advance!
