Need to know is it possible to change the cisco logo with customer name in archived and scheduled reports from ironport email security appliance. Please refer the attached existing report SS

I do not see this as a configurable option currently.

You could contact your account manager or open a TAC case to get a feature request filed to allow this in the future.

Hi Libin,

Thank you for the reply and i will raise a case with TAC for the same.

One question regards to the reporting part is to generate a report on the email activities of  a specific user from archived report section. it seems like the user based report is only available from message tracking section. can you suggest any other way to pull out this report.

It is possible to generate a scheduled Internal Users Summary report but this cannot be made specific to a particular user or subset of users that I know of.
