Encryption problems

Hello;
I have encryption enabled to only encrypt messages with the subject [SEND SECURE].

However, on normal messages, the message will auto-encrypt ONLY when it is a reply. A newly composed message will not encrypt but if the recipient replies, and I reply back, it encrypts (without anything in my subject line or hitting the send secure button).

Any suggestions? I've looked everywhere and can't find anywhere to turn this off.

Are you using the hosted key server(res.cisco.com). All secure replies composed on res.cisco.com are encrypted by default. You can put in a request with Ironport support to have secure replies get sent out over TLS, instead of being encrypted.
