Hi,

This error is generated as a result of the destination side attempting to verify the hostname on the interface sending out the email.

I would recommend matching the hostname of the outgoing IP interface to you MX.

Network -> IP interfaces -> Hostname -> Should match the MX for the sending domain

This should correct the error.

Thanks

Hello,

You can also find some further info in a recent post : Email bounced by destination server. Reason:5.1.0 - Unknown address error ('550', [Sorry, your HELO/EHLO greeting must resolve (#5.7.1)']

Please let us know if you need any clarification on anything.

Thanks!
