Error when trying to grep mail_logs

When I try to grep mail_logs it gives back  me error "Binary file (standard input) matches
xargs: cat: terminated with signal 13; aborting"

I can grep all other logs without issue, only for mail_logs I cannot grep.

Any suggestions?

I'd open a TAC case... I suspect that the file is corrupt.
