Hello,
.The hostname of the equipment does not appear in the Syslog export.
This problem is observed with versions 14.2.1-020 and 14.0.0-698
The platform is a C600v.
Have you ever faced this issue?
Is there a way to add it?

This behavior is described in the bug https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvd55953.
As a workaround, For the mail logs only, create a filter to log the ESA hostname within these mail logs.

Thank you for the feedback, you are correct, that is the workaround, however, it is a little outdated.
As you mention, for consolidated logs, the custom field including the Serial Number works.

In precision, I was referring to the configuration of the ESA.
The hostname of the device does not appear in the Syslog export of the configuration.
Is there a way to add it to the configuration?
