ESA - hostname and interface name for Reverse DNS Lookup

Hi Expert,

I need to deploy ESA for e-mail outgoing.

I currently have a reverse DNS lookup for my exchange server such as IP: 123.123.123.123 and reverse DNS domain name is abc.def.com.

On ESA, where I can set the name "abc.def.com" ? on hostname or interface name ? That to match the reverse DNS lookup if i do not want to change the reverse dns lookup record?

Should the ESA take over the PTR from your current Exchange server or would you better create a new IP and hostname for the ESA first ?

We would need to confirm what is it you want to do with the exchange and ESA with the hostname/IP.
