Hi,
we have an ironport appliance with the following licenses:
- Inbound Bundle, expiration date: February 2019
- McAfee Anti-Malware, expiration date: February 2019
- AMP, Expiry date: December 2019
We have now ordered a renewal for the two licenses expiring in February (Inbound & McAfee) and received the PAKs for them. When I generated the license file, I noticed that the term of the AMP licenses was no longer correct:
Type: File Reputation for ESA, apply by: 2019/02/08, expires: 2016/10/04 (2 months, 9 days)
Type: File Analysis for ESA, apply by: 2019/02/08, expires: 2016/10/04 (2 months, 9 days)
Why does the new license file say that the AMP licenses will expire in 2016? If I import the new file, will the AMP licenses expire?
If someone has a tip, I am very grateful for it!
Regards,
Andreas

thank you for your answer. I already contacted the global licensing team and was referred to the cisco sales team. I probably expressed myself somewhat misleadingly. I'll open another ticket there.
