ESA question on System status for incoming message per hour

Hi Expert,

I have a question about the ESA - System status.

My ESA is only handing the outgoing e-mail.

When i have a test, send a message through esa to one receiver such as xxxxxx@gmail.com (only one receiver in my test)

When i read the system status, i wonder why the Rates (Events per Hour) at 1 minute, 5 minutes and 15 minutes would show so many count as following:

1 minute = 60

5 minute = 12

15 minutes = 4

I ensure on other is using this esa for sending out e-mail.

Think about it as a rolling window...

60 messages per minute 

are 12 messages every 5 minutes 

are 4 messages every 15 minutes

Check your mail log or message tracking to find out how many messages have been really sent.

I am on testing period, only send one email only on a whole day.
