External mails not being recieved and mails getting stuck

Dear All,

We rae having a major issue with no external mails being received and also mails getting stuck on ironport.

Grateful to assist urgently.

If its urgent, contact TAC.
In the meantime, check the various logs: mail, SMTP conversation, error.
All are available in the CLI by running GREP, pick the log you want to look at, tail them, and see what's going on.
