First Installation Virtual ESA 15.5.1

Is there any guidelines to install the ESA virtual appliance version 15.5.1 ? In the documentation it said that the version 15.5.1 is mandatory using smart license, but in the first installation i cannot config the default gateway. setgateway and routeconfig is not allowed. how can i install the license ?

IIRC, it wants you to change the admin password before you do that.

Or run the setup wizard using "Systemsetup" from the cli...

If I run systemsetup it says that I have to run loadlicense first, but the loadlicense cannot works because the license don't have cloud feature key
