We have 2 ESA's in a cluster, both are generating the same e-mail messages. We've got this version running for a few months now, but the issue only started this night. Anyone here knows what to do with this besides disabling the graymail functionality?

Open a TAC case, you'll need to open the support tunnel for them.
They'll be able to get the debug file and figure out what's broken and fix it.

Ken

Strangely enough the notifications just stopped this weekend without changing anything in the configuration. Maybe it was due to a corrupt entry in the definitions file that was solved during a downloaded update.

We had a similar case just yesterday on one of our 30 appliances. We needed a TAC case and supposingly the backend wiring of how graymail connect back to TALOS needed to be reset.

This did not happen before either.
