Under Mail Policies, HAT Overview.  Create a new Sender Group called "GreyList".  It needs to be placed directly under your "Whitelist" group.  Use the Policy of Accepted.  But on the SBRS, leave it blank.

Once the Sender Group is created, you can add Sender to the list by pressing the "Add Sender" button.  You will need to IP address of the offending email server.  We normally leave them out there for a week and then remove them.

Ok i Understand. But my question was how can i whitelist a single email address?

Is it possible to put the email address in somewhere ?

I know this response is now 2 years old, but where's the new location for these "Article #330" and "Article #928"?  The links above no longer work....

Hi Amos, I updated the links above. Hope it helps. SB
