how and where can i whitelist a single email address like mike.foo@foo.com that get blocked by poor reputation?

Under Mail Policies, HAT Overview. Create a new Sender Group called "GreyList". It needs to be placed directly under your "Whitelist" group. Use the Policy of Accepted. But on the SBRS, leave it blank.
Once the Sender Group is created, you can add Sender to the list by pressing the "Add Sender" button. You will need to IP address of the offending email server. We normally leave them out there for a week and then remove them.

Ok i Understand. But my question was how can i whitelist a single email address?
Is it possible to put the email address in somewhere ?
