How to add custom footer/signature to outgoing emails with AD info.

Hello,

We want outgoing emails to have the same look and feel for the signature company wide.
The information has to be pulled from AD. (Name, department, function title etc.)

I can't seem to fit this together.
I tried looking at the outgoing filters. Add Text Resource ->> Add disclaimer text.
Here you can insert predefined variables but only "From" is usable.

How can i add the information from the user account in AD? Could this be done at all? Possible to add custom variables?

Any help and pointers would be greatly appreciated.

No, there isn't a way to do that in the ESA.

There are other options depending upon what you're using. Exclaimer and CodeTwo have products that are installed on Exchange or into your O365 tenant. They may support other mail systems.

We use a tool I found on SourceForge that runs in the login script that drops the signature in the proper folder. I have seen a powershell script that does it too.
