Hello,
We want outgoing emails to have the same look and feel for the signature company wide.
The information has to be pulled from AD. (Name, department, function title etc.)
I can't seem to fit this together.
I tried looking at the outgoing filters. Add Text Resource ->> Add disclaimer text.
Here you can insert predefined variables but only "From" is usable.
How can i add the information from the user account in AD? Could this be done at all? Possible to add custom variables?
Any help and pointers would be greatly appreciated.
