How to Migrate ESA Configuration on a Replacement ESA

Can we backup the configuration on the virtual ESA and restore on the physical one?

Any special conditions that we need to prepare, like the version, hardware...???

To have the best luck make sure the AsyncOS version matches, as well as the versions of the CASE engine and other content scanning engines.

Yes this is possible. You need to make sure you have the same version on both boxes.
