Hi,
We are running IronPort C370 for SMTP and one of our customers email has been tagged on the email subject as 'SPAM'.
I would like to know if we can remove this spam tagging on certain sending email address.
Appreciate to hear from anyone soon for a solution.
Best Regards,
Ruveni

Hi Ruveni,
what you can do is create a new mail policy (Mail Policies - Incoming Mail Policies) for the sender addresses in question and once done change the Anti-Spam settings for that mail policy. The current setting adds the "SPAM" tag to the subject. Change that in the new mail policy to anything of your choice. Keep an eye on the order of your policies as they work on a first match first win basis.
Best regards,
Enrico

Hi Enrico,
Thanks for the response.
I have actually disabled the 'suspected spam scanning' on outgoing mails policy on our system for the time being.
Thanks,
Ruveni
