The SenderBase system is designed to quickly process reputation improvements. If you have resolved the spambot issue, your reputation will automatically improve. If you are not a Cisco Email Security customer, and still have the issue, send an email to support@senderbase.org and the team there will help you with understanding why the reputation hasn't improved yet.
If you are a Cisco Email Security products customer, you can open a TAC case if the situation hasn't improved, to get the same information. Also, if you are a Cisco Email Security customer, there are features you can combine to help keep yourself off of the blacklists. I wrote a whitepaper on this that is up on the public Cisco.com web site. While it is targeted to Higher Education accounts, it works just fine for non-Ed customers.
