I am attempting to upgrade my C370D OS from 7.5.1-102 to 8.5.6-092. When trying to get the available upgrades (on both CLI and GUI) I get "Failure downloading upgrade list: Failed to connect to manifest server.".
Support Contract is being updated, until then any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi Elmer,
For hardware appliances, test connections to the following dynamic servers:
telnet update-manifests.ironport.com 443
telnet updates.ironport.com 80
telnet downloads.ironport.com 80

If your contract for this serial number is out of date, you won't be able to connect...
