What is the Model of ESA you have, how you managing this Kit, with SMA ?

you have standard reports available by default refer below :

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/esa/esa11-0/user_guide_fs/b_ESA_Admin_Guide_11_0/b_ESA_Admin_Guide_chapter_011100.html#task_1151391

Maximum number emails sent out depends on organisation, if the mail blaster sents mainy emails for marketing kind of stuff.

But in normal organisation you can define the user sent email out based on the daily reports.

Hi BB,

Thanks for your respond. What we need is report to list out how many recipients send from the remote host e.g within this hour how many recipients send by this IP 1.1.1.1.

This Max. Recipients per Hour (rate limiting) mainly we're looking is to control incoming mails.

Thanks.

Regards.

Hello,

Have you tried using Message Tracking to review the number of current incoming messages? You can search based on Sender IP Address and then narrow down to a custom date/time range. This should give you a rough idea of what you can expect traffic wise. You can also grep through the mail_logs and search for similar items.

Thanks!
