For AMP, which may be part of an ESA bundle, go to Cisco Software Central, click on Manage Licenses under Smart Software Manager, and click on the Activity tab.

The two you asked about have the following help notes:
Registration status:
Unregistered: The appliance is not registered with the Cisco Smart Software Manager.
Registered: The appliance is registered with the Cisco Smart Software Manager. Shows the date on which the appliance has successfully registered with the Cisco Smart Software Manager and the date on which the registration is going to expire.
License Authorization:
Not in Use: The appliance is not yet registered with the Cisco Smart Software Manager and the licenses are not yet activated. The 90-day evaluation period has not started.
Evaluation Mode: Indicates that the appliance is not registered with the Cisco Smart Software Manager and the appliance is in the evaluation mode.
Authorized: Indicates that the appliance is able to communicate with the Cisco Smart Software Manager and the appliance is authorized to initiate requests for license(s). Shows the expiry date of the authorization.
Out Of Compliance: Indicates that one or more of the licenses are out of compliance. License(s) go into out of compliance(OOC) mode, when the licenses are overused, expired, or when the smart licensing process is down for 1 hour.
Authorization Expired: Indicates that the appliance has failed to communicate with the Cisco Smart License Manager for more than 90 days.
Evaluation Expired: The 90-day evaluation period has expired.
